The way to socialite---A Chinese girl in UK

China recovered from the 2008 global financial crisis and has the fastest growing economy in the world due to the 4000 billion financial stimulus, which means more RMBs were printed out and inflation. Housing price boosted like rocket after year 2008. RMB depreciated quickly inside China, but still very strong outside because Chinese government has a large amount of foreign exchange reservation to sell to support RMB’s exchange rate to U.S dollars in the international market.

From earlier before 2010, many Chinese corrupted officials had been trying to escape from China with their money, or sent their families overseas. In 2012, a senior Chinese official called Bo Xilai was arrested, this event triggered a great turmoil in China and people were worrying about instability in politics, billions of money poured out of China via different channels. After the new president Xi Jinpin’s debut, the anti-corruption movement stormed all over China. Many corrupted officials or businessmen who were allied to those officials escaped from China with immense amount of money to America, UK, Australia, and Canada. China’s polluted air, chaos educational environment, pushed mid-class migrate to other countries and benefit those nations with their skills and knowledges. But still a large amount of people are corrupted officials, their families and businessmen. Elite Chinese people knew the fact that the RMB is supported by its government’s foreign exchange reservation and their wealth mostly comes from real estate bubble in China, thus this approach is unsustainable. If these two large bubbles contracts in the future, they will lost everything, so they are trying to withdraw their money from China.

Su Jin, who is the boss of a famous real estate developing company “Wan Ke”, won great wealth from the real estate bubble. But he is very clear that the bubble of real estate in China and Yuan will burst out sooner or later.

Most of his business friends or officials have sent their families to America, British and Australia. He has a sole daughter who is 15 years old, studying in a private school. There are many such sort of schools in China which provide international  curriculum and the sole purpose is to sent those students abroad. These schools charge tremendous fees that ordinary families could not afford. Those who can go to these schools are mostly among top rich families in China. Unfortunately,  those teenages in the school are mostly incapable in normal school. They can not get even mediocre academic results so the private schools open a way for them. 

"Where should I send Susan, there are lots of countries?" Su Jin is quite headache about this recently.  Then his wife Li Meiyun reminded him that one of his best friends Chen Yan, the former vice president of Land and resource burea in Shen Zhen in China, have been dwelling in England since 5 years ago. They still liase via emails intermittently. What a good idea! So after contact Chen Yan for initial consult to send his daughter to study in England and Gao is very happy to help with school contact and accomodation organizing, he made his decision. Li Meiyun will accompany Susan in the first few years until she gets old enough to live independently in British. They will transfer half of their assets there by purchasing real estates, acquisition of local enterprises. Her wife will obtain a British identity via investment migration. 

There are lots of such agencies in China that can help people migrate overseas. They find one with a good reputation and a fame from mouth to mouth. All go very smoothly and after months, Susan and her mum arrived the Great Britain!

Su Jin's old friend Chen Yan picks them from the London airport and drives all the way through to their accommodation. Although they have been very tired with so long staying in the airplane, the beautiful scenaries on the way catch their eyes, the famous River Thames, the big Ben, the victorian styled buildings. Then they drive under an old, leaded window arch which connects two round, red-brick towers. Susan craned her neck to have a better view. The stream of people coming and going through the doors at the bottom makes her think it might be some kind of office.  The buildings are quite old but kept in a magic aura of their Tuda era. She begins to imagine a picture in which a man in tights is leading a couch with corseted ladies delicately perched atop it. While she is straying her mind, the suv pulls a haul in front of a tall building with an embossed plaque at the top saying "Four season".  The car door slides open with a hiss and Chen Yan gets off and says,"This is an apartment and I have booked one month for you as a temporary dwelling, during this month, I will help you to purchase a permanent place to live."  "Thank you so much, you are so considerate." Li Meiyun says

Susan steps out of the car and streches her body to intake a fresh air. She raises up her head to scrutinize the building. It is indeed old with ivy growing all around.  Chen Yan collects two large suitcases for them while they each pick up a small baggage in the hand. 

After signing with the reception, they go to the room which is located in level 18.  Passing by a long corridor, the room is just at the end on the right side. Unlocking the door, they steps inside. This is a very large apartment with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a spacious lounge with a wooden dinning table in the middle. Although this is not a patch on their house in China, Li Meiyun and Susan are still very satisfied with it. 

While Susan is patrolling in the lounge and inspecting this new dwelling, her mum Li Meiyun opens a beddroom and walks inside. She puts herself flat on the queen sized bed with face down. "Oh, I am so tired!" She moans. Chen Yan is just standing on the entry of the beddroom, he cannot help moving his sight on Meiyun's sticking round bottom. She is wearing a tight white jean which convours her slim waist and well shaped bottom. With this posture, the prominent fanny becomes so appealing to him. Although she is forty years old, she is still a stunner in most men's eyes. They knew each other long ago in China when they were classmates in the same university and has been adoring mutually for a long time.  For some unspeakable reason, she married Su Jin instead of Chen Yan. Surely Su Jin doesn't know the story between them.
