real estate lady's discipline ( Part 3 )

Cui Jia, the beautiful real estate sales manager, was chastised in the conference room by customer Lao Jain. Despite the sore in the bottom, she still had to maintaine a dignified manner to appreciate the customer. According to conventional opinion, corporal punishment with bare bottom spanking is really a humiliation for an adult young lady; however, giving up dignity in exchange for great money is not unbearable for a sales woman in this industry. His father, Su Can, secretary of the Mayor, outsourced a large amount of municipal building contracts to his son’s company. Banks also gave the green light on loans, so Su Jin’s wealth accumulation speed was amazing.  Then his father retired, many old customer relationships got disconnected, Su Can is very wise and he foresaw the trend of entertainment industry, this was what he said to his son:

“In China, to earn money from poor people is foolish, those government offcials are the source you should make money from, and you should try to put their money into our pockets. As for entertainment industry, you can get much richer as long as the company’s scale can be large enough with superior quality! "

The afterwards success of Fairview also proved Su Can’s wisdom, but he did not see the day because of a fatal heart attack.  Since then Su Jin not only lost a patron, but also was unshackled the discipline. He became unruly in doing business and had love affairs with many girl friends. Casino management is increasingly chaotic, embezzlement occurred among employees, Su Jin would like to spend a luxry life and be ignorant of what is happening. There is crisis underneath this outside prosperity, but this is all gone with the aappearance of a person.

Su Jin was looking for a proper person to fill in the role of vice director of the Department of Bath. By some fairly arbitrary means he whittled the list down to 12 and 10 of those accepted for invitation to come for a first interview, after that, only 3 left out for the interview conducted by Su Jin.  Su Jin kicked off two men and left the girl who looks pretty, faint vaguely melancholy in her face. Looking at her resume, the girl named Rainy Yuan, who graduated from National University of Malaysia majoring hotel management.

When Rainy Yuan came before him, Su Jin felt lightened that he first met such a temperament girl!  Completely gorgeous with a lovely athletic figure and long legs, a slim waist and beautiful breasts. She wore close fitting, well tailored clothes and she had a smile that could make people comfortable. A real stunner with a great personality and he couldn’t think of anything better than to have her in his company the next few years. Su would like to know the basic situation and asked Rainy Yuan, Rainy said she studied abroad, but decided to return to develop her career back in China. After chatting wth Rainy, Su Jin found Rainy is indeed better than those who have being working a long time in the society.

Combined with her grace, elegant behavior and gorgeous outlooking, Su Jin would like to offer her good terms, which was definitely considered a high salary at that time, Rainy Yuan gratefully accepted it.

In entertainment industry, pornography is a wide practice; Fairview is not an exception. Pornography is illegal and forbidden in China. However, due to Fairview’s tight relationship with the local government and its business scale, police would normally ignore it.

Rainy Yuan noted this after a while and she was quite against that sort of thing, so she headed to Wang Dehai, who was director of the Department of Bath, stating the necessarity of strengthening internal management, and abolishing pornography. Wang, who was working with Su Jin’s father, had been discontented with Su Jin’s arrangement after his father died. Privately, he held an opinon that Su Jin was trying to replace him with this young lady.  So he replied: "Miss Yuan, since you have  just graduated from school and you are a freshman in this industry, I would let you know there are a lot of underbelly rules that you were never taught in school."  Rainy went away with anger.  Wang lingered his eyes on Rainy’s round, tight bottom in front of him and said to himself resentfully, “Young lady, I will let you pay for it!”
